1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
Welcome to SacredLoveTemple.com and associated websites, events, programs, workshops, gatherings, and services operated by Alchemy Productions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, registering for events, attending programs, participating in activities, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not use the website or participate in our events.
2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE & EVENTS
Sacred Love Temple provides educational, community-building, personal development, cultural, artistic, social, and experiential events.
Offerings may include:

• Live Music Events

Events are intended to support education, community connection, creativity, communication, personal growth, and social engagement.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age unless otherwise stated.
Certain events may have additional age requirements.
By registering for an event, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
We reserve the right to refuse admission or participation at our sole discretion.
4. EDUCATIONAL & ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER
Events, workshops, discussions, demonstrations, performances, and educational experiences provided through Sacred Love Temple are intended for educational, cultural, entertainment, and personal development purposes.
Nothing provided through our events, programs, website, or materials constitutes:
• Medical advice
• Psychological treatment
• Psychotherapy
• Mental health treatment
• Legal advice
• Financial advice
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and participation.
5. TICKET SALES, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & CREDITS
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets, registrations, workshops, programs, or events.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.
Transfer requests must be submitted to the event organizer and include the name, email address, and phone number of the new attendee.
The organizer reserves the right to approve or deny transfer requests.
Event Credits
If you are unable to attend an event, you may request an event credit toward another Alchemy Productions LLC event.
Credit requests must be submitted at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled event.
Approved credits are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued.
Credits not used within thirty (30) days expire.
Credit requests submitted less than seventy-two (72) hours before the event will not be granted.
No Shows
Failure to attend an event without a valid transfer or approved credit request will result in forfeiture of the ticket.
No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows.
Chargebacks
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these Terms may result in suspension or permanent restriction from future events produced by Alchemy Productions LLC and affiliated brands.
6. CODE OF CONDUCT
Sacred Love Temple is committed to creating safe, respectful, inclusive, and consent-based environments.
Participants agree to:
• Treat others respectfully
• Honor personal boundaries
• Follow event guidelines
• Follow facilitator instructions
• Respect venue policies
• Engage responsibly within community standards
The following may result in immediate removal without refund:
• Harassment
• Threatening behavior
• Discrimination
• Violence
• Non-consensual behavior
• Repeated disruption
• Illegal activity
• Failure to follow event policies.
7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & MEDIA
By attending events, participants acknowledge that photos, videos, and audio recordings may be captured for promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes.
By participating, you grant permission to Alchemy Productions LLC and affiliated brands to use such media without compensation or prior approval.
Participants agree not to photograph, record, or share images, videos, or recordings of other participants without their consent.
8. EVENT WAIVERS & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS
Certain events may require participants to complete additional waivers, participation agreements, applications, or venue-specific policies.
Failure to complete required documents may result in denial of participation without refund.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website and events may utilize third-party platforms for:
• Ticketing
• Payment processing
• Scheduling
• Marketing
• Communication
Alchemy Productions LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of third-party providers.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, graphics, logos, videos, photographs, educational materials, event descriptions, and website content are the property of Alchemy Productions LLC unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or republished without written permission.
11. ASSUMPTION OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Participation in events, workshops, discussions, performances, community gatherings, social experiences, and educational programs is voluntary.
Participants accept full responsibility for their decisions, actions, wellbeing, and participation.
Results, experiences, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy Productions LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorney’s fees arising from:
• Participation in events
• Use of the website
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of applicable laws
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy Productions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Community gatherings
• Social events
• Venue activities
All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
14. ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in events shall be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act.
The parties agree to resolve disputes through a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar arbitration service.
The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
15. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Any claim shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as part of any class action, representative action, or collective proceeding.
16. TERMINATION
Alchemy Productions LLC reserves the right to deny admission, remove participants, suspend accounts, or terminate access to services, events, or programs at any time and for any lawful reason.
17. CHANGES TO TERMS
Alchemy Productions LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the website or participation in events following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
